1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of masttattoopmu.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from MAST Tattoo & PMU Dubai ("we", "us"). Please read them carefully before placing an order.
This Site and the products sold through it are owned and operated by Beauty Secret International LLC, the parent company of MAST Tattoo & PMU Dubai, a company operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. References to "we" and "us" in these Terms include Beauty Secret International LLC.
We are the authorized distributor of MAST PMU and tattoo equipment in Dubai, UAE. We supply professional PMU machines, tattoo machines, needles, cartridges and accessories to permanent makeup artists, tattoo artists, beauty professionals, studios and businesses. We serve professionals across the UAE and GCC, with international distribution available worldwide.
By accessing the Site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.
2. Professional-Use Products
Our machines, needles, cartridges and accessories are designed for trained professionals and are not intended for personal, home or unsupervised use.
- Professionals and businesses only: you confirm that you are buying as a trained practitioner, studio or business.
- Licences and permits: you are responsible for holding any licences, permits or training required to buy and use these products in your country or emirate.
- Proof of credentials: we may ask for proof of training, licence or business registration before fulfilling an order, and may refuse service at our discretion.
- Safety and hygiene: sterilization, single-use handling of needles and cartridges, cross-contamination control, client screening and aftercare are the sole responsibility of the purchasing professional.
- Local regulations: you must comply with all rules that apply to PMU and tattoo equipment, including requirements of the UAE Ministry of Health and Dubai Municipality.
- Correct use: products must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions, with compatible power supplies, grips and accessories.
3. Product Information & Authenticity
We supply genuine MAST products as an authorized distributor. We try to keep product descriptions, images and specifications accurate, but colours, packaging and minor details may differ slightly from what is shown. Product specifications may be updated by the manufacturer without notice.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, stock shortage or a failure to meet eligibility requirements. If we cancel a paid order, you will be refunded in full.
Prices are shown in AED unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Payment must be completed in full at checkout using the payment methods offered on the Site. You are responsible for making sure your billing and delivery details are correct.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Dubai, across the UAE, to Saudi Arabia and all GCC countries, and worldwide. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and vary by location and courier.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss and title pass to you when the order is handed to the courier, unless UAE law requires otherwise. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and restrictions that apply to tattoo and PMU equipment in their destination country. Please check your local rules before ordering.
6. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items
Because needles, cartridges and similar items are sterile, single-use and affect health and safety, the following cannot be returned: opened, used or tampered products, and any needle or cartridge whose sterile seal has been broken, except where required by law.
Unopened machines and accessories in original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with your order number and clear photos or video, so we can offer a replacement or refund.
7. Warranty on Machines
Machines and electronic equipment may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty or a warranty period stated at the time of sale. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, drops, liquids, incorrect power supply or poor maintenance
- Normal wear of parts, such as grips, rubber bands and membranes
- Repairs or changes made by anyone other than an approved technician
- Consumables, including needles and cartridges
To make a warranty claim, send us your order number, proof of purchase and a description of the fault.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including logos, trademarks, images, product descriptions and text, belongs to Beauty Secret International LLC, MAST or our licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property law. MAST and related brand names are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works from this content without prior written consent.
9. Liability & Disclaimers
- As is: the Site and products are provided without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.
- Use at your own responsibility: we are not liable for injury, infection, allergic reaction, poor results or other outcomes arising from use of the products, particularly by untrained individuals or outside a licensed studio setting.
- Limit of liability: our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
- Indemnity: you agree to protect us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or products, or from your breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under UAE consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
10. Privacy
How we collect and use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
